Founded in 1823, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) is the oldest institution of higher education in the city of Boston and an internationally recognized leader in educating health care professionals. A private independent institution with a distinguished history, MCPHS prepares students for successful careers through traditional and non-traditional programs of study, including pharmacy, dental hygiene, nursing, chemistry, health psychology, premedical and health studies, public health, medical and molecular biology, pharmaceutical science , pharmaceutical and health care business, and radiologic sciences.
MCPHS-Boston’s modern, urban campus is located in the heart of the world-renowned Longwood Medical Area. Our campuses in Worcester, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire, have accelerated programs designed specifically for students holding a previously earned degree who wish to transition into a specific health care field.
