Seminars:
Exhibitors can book a 45-minute seminar slot during fair hours in a seminar room, for the visiting public. A screen and data projector will be provided; you must bring your own laptop. Your seminar time and topic will be published in the fair promotion websites as well as in the visitor guide; time slots are limited and given on a first-come basis. There are no concurrent seminars, just one per time slot per venue to optimize attendance.

Fair Guide:
Every registered stand will have a free 200-word profile in the fair guide. However, for extra visibility, you are also able to book an ad. All ads are four colour and artwork must be sent in print-ready format by February 3rd, 2011 for the Spring fair guide.

Canadian Student Magazine:
Canadian Student Magazine is also run by the Recruit in Canada team and is distributed at the fairs and throughout Canada. All Recruit in Canada delegates for the Fall University Fairs will receive a 20% discount from any half or full page paid booking option in the Fall/Winter issue of the magazine. Translator:
Montréal is a bilingual city, however, it may be advised to employ a French-English translator for the day for ease of communication with Francophone visitors. Please place a ‘yes’ or check mark in the end box if you wish us to arrange for a translator for you.

All fees due upon receipt of invoice and must be received by January 15th, 2011.
Cancellation policy:
Should you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy will apply:
30-60 days before exhibition: 75% refund on all fees, paid or due
20-29 days before exhibition: 50% refund on all fees, paid or due
< 20 days before exhibition: No refund
Note: ALL refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee.
* Applicable BC provincial taxes will be added to invoices for Canadian institutions. No taxes applicable on out-of-country registrations, as per Canadian tax laws.
