Built on the original Pier B-C on Vancouver's Waterfront, the Vancouver Convention Centre first served as the Canada Pavilion for the World's Fair Expo in 1986. Since then, it has grown to become recognized as one of the leading convention centres in the world. It is a well-known icon and is easily reached via Seabus from the North Shore, skytrain, bus and by car.
Entrance
The Parkview Terrace is located on the meeting floor. Simply enter from the main entrance to the centre and go up the set of escalators on the right, that lead to the Pan Pacific Hotel lobby. The Parkview Terrace is to the right and back when getting off of the escalators.
Getting There
Vancouver is serviced by the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and is 20-30 minutes from Downtown. Taxis and limousines cost approximately CAD$40. The new Canada Line train goes from the airport terminal directly to the end terminal, Waterfront Station, in 27 minutes and costs approximately CAD$8.00. Waterfront Station is the terminal used to reach the directly adjacent Vancouver Convention Centre; for the suggested Carmana Plaza Hotel, use Burrard Station and walk north about 5 minutes to Thurlow and Alberni. The hotel is located on Alberni Street.

Getting There
Transportation to and from the airport and Le Centre Sheraton Montréal hotel is hassle-free. Please note that these prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change.

- Train station is located 3 blocks from the hotel

Located in the affluent GTA suburb of Richmond Hill, the location is easily accessible to visitors via public transport and car (free parking). It is a popular meeting and exhibition centre and is a few short minutes from Seneca College and only 20-30 minutes from downtown Toronto and from the airport. The hotel is appointed in the usual elegant Sheraton style.
Getting There
Driving directions:
From East
Take Highway 401 West to Highway 404 North (look for the Don Valley Parkway sign). Proceed north on Highway 404 and exit onto Highway 7. At the lights turn left and head west on Highway 7. The hotel is 2 lights down and on the right side.
From North
Take Highway 400 South to Highway 7. Proceed east on Highway 7 for 10 miles until you reach Leslie Street and the hotel will be on the left side of the road.
From South
Take Don Valley Parkway North (which will turn into Highway 404) and exit onto Highway 7. Continue west for 1 block. The hotel will be on the right hand side of the road, just past the Esso station.
From Toronto Pearson International Airport
Take Highway 427 North to the Highway 407 Toll Road East. Exit onto Leslie Street and turn left. The hotel will be on the right, 2 blocks ahead. By taxi, a flat fee of approximately CAD50 is in effect.
