Every registered exhibitor will have a free 100-word profile in the fair guide. However, for extra visibility, you are also able to book an ad. All ads are four colour and artwork must be sent in print-ready format by January 25, 2012 for the Fall fair guide.

| Exhibitors can book a 45-minute seminar slot during fair hours in a seminar room, for the visiting public. A screen and data projector will be provided; you must bring your own laptop. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
Should you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy will apply:
30-45 days before exhibition: 75% refund on all fees, paid or due
20-29 days before exhibition: 50% refund on all fees, paid or due
< 20 days before exhibition: No refund
Note: All full or partial cancellations will be subject to a $100 processing fee |
