Who Should Exhibit?
Exhibitor Profile
For 17 years, universities from around the world and Canada have been taking part in the Recruit in Canada University Fairs, held each Fall.
We are now adding a Spring event, which has a broader theme than our Fall one.
Both events target the under 35 age group; education is the anchor theme; the socio-economic group is above average.
Here are the two fairs and the exhibitor profiles for each:
The University Fairs – annually in Fall:
Our Fall university fairs are highly academic in nature, and exhibitors are institutions of higher education promoting graduate and undergraduate degree programs. Visitors come well prepared; they are seriously researching their options and need valuable information on programs, entry requirements, costs, and opportunities. Exhibitors are institutions of higher education offering:
- graduate/postgraduate degrees
- undergraduate degrees
- embassy representation of country education systems
- governmental agencies directly involved in education
- academic preparation (eg. testing centre for university entrance exams)
The Education Fairs – annually in Spring:
Our upcoming Spring education fairs will have a slightly broader theme to them, to include colleges and universities as well as gap year providers, education travel programs, volunteerism, student exchange, and peripheral student services providers. However, while still a broader focus at the Spring events, our promotion will continue to be finely targetted as we are still focussing on visitors who have the means and the drive to engage in personal development through education, educational travel, and experiential travel. Exhibitors are:
- post-secondary, degree-granting institutions
- community colleges
- vocational schools
- foreign language institutes
- student travel services
- volunteer organizations
- work experience placement providers
- peripheral student services providers
